This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between Mazdarotaryclub.com (incorporating Mazda RX-8Club.com) and its members. The Agreement covers, but is not limited to activities of the Club that members may participate in, this includes an internet based discussion forum and club events. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering for Mazdarotaryclub.com membership. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the Terms) for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not register or buy Membership from the site. The terms are subject to change by Mazdarotaryclub.com at any time, effective upon notice to you.
Either you or Mazdarotaryclub.com may terminate your Mazdarotaryclub.com membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. Mazdarotaryclub.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to Mazdaroatryclub.com without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to Mazdarotaryclub.com’s attention. Mazdarotaryclub.com also has the absolute right to refuse entry to a person to a mazdarotaryclub.com event for any reason.
Your membership in Mazdarotaryclub.com is a service for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your Membership to any other person or entity.
You are responsible for logging out if your computer is accessible to others. This prevents unauthorized access.
REFUNDS: Membership fees are non-refundable. Any refunds that may be given are at the sole discretion of Mazdarotaryclub.com and are only offered under exceptional circumstances.
ONLINE CONDUCT. As a Member, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display on Mazdarotaryclub.com Forum

You will not post on Mazdarotaryclub.com, or transmit to other Members, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party.
You will use Mazdarotaryclub.com Forum in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity.
You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through Mazdarotaryclub.com. If Mazdarotaryclub.com decides it is not in the best interest of its Members. Also if this decision is made it is non-reproachable. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Members.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Mazdarotaryclub.com Members. Mazdarotaryclub.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other Members.
You may not Advertise or offer to sell any goods for any commercial gain or purpose other than in private capacity as one Forum Member to another than specifically in the “Private Vendors Section”.
Vendors will not be allowed to place constituting to a “banner” advertisement in any way below their posts in the Vendors section as this constitute “free” advertising to the detriment of the companies that assist Mazdarotaryclub.com by placing monies with the Club to further themselves and Mazdarotaryclub.com
If a Vendor wishes to “sell” repeatedly via the Mazdarotaryclub.com Forum, a scheme is in place to enable Vendors to purchase a “banner” advertisement from Mazdarotaryclub.com thus enabling them to sell their company and or their products, to Mazdarotaryclub.com Members please contact info@mazdarotaryclub.com for further details.
You may not impersonate another person or entity, or falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other
proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is posted.
You may not restrict or inhibit any other user from enjoying the Mazdarotaryclub.com Forum or Club in any way.
INDEMNITY BY MEMBER: You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mazdarotaryclub.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Mazdarotaryclub.com services and events, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
