Talking My new RX-7 :)

Well after 6 months of searching and buying and waiting and waiting and waiting, I am finally picking it up tomorrow.

I will post more pics and a spec list and a big list of "thank you's" over the weekend, for now though this will have to do for you all.

Cheerz

Chris.

Smile Specs

Again, as promised a spec list: -

'96 Type RS Manual

Not much has been changed performance wise, just the addition of a Knight Sports carbon fibre cold air induction kit and an Apexi rear exhaust section.

As for aesthetics...

* 17" AVS lightweight alloys
* Feed type II R front bumper
* 99 spec front sidelights
* Clear side repeaters
* Mazda side skirts
* Mazda rear under wing skirts
* Ganador race style mirrors
* Knight Sports carbon-fibre look door handles
* C-West sleek headlights
* MazdaSpeed rear wing

Interior...

* Momo Sports steering wheel
* Knight Sports Carbon-fibre look panels
* Dark navy blue leather interior

All this could only materialise with the help of the following people...

* Miguel & http://www.neweraimports.com for finding this car for me from an almost impossible list of requirements, he really did find me a car that was better than I had ever hoped for. Also for swiftly answering a ton of endless questions.

* Adam Sampson & http://www.motormall.co.uk for putting up with a barrage of questions and completing a load of extra work on the car.

* This forum for answering my questions and making me feel part of a community.

It was a long time coming, with ups and downs, but as everyone has said along this journey "it'll be worth it" and I can definetly confirm it was and _is_ worth it.

Thanks all.
