Hiya everyone, I was very happy to stumble across this forum via a thread on the aussie rotor forum, as i check that out most days. I have been living in the UK for about 3 and a half years now and seemto have the worst luck in sourcing an early mazda for a daily drive. Either i am away on buisness when one comes up or it is waaaay down the other end of the country. So unfortunantly I have to settle for a 58' moggy traveller. But slowly but surely I am collecting the bits and peices for a rotor conversion. Anyhow, nice to read all the old school threads and see all the cool pics.
cheers. Michael. on the Isle of Mull.

Hi Bob,
Welcome to the club.
Long way to Mull!
What sort of motor are you doing for the Major/Minor?(Should be great fun!)
Kind regards
Carl

Cheers for the welcome Carl. The type of motor for the traveller is hopefully going to be a 12A turbo. TO4 draw through set up. i used to own in OZ a 1300 coupe with a 13B six port engine with a turbo set up, microtech digi 1+ fuel only computer and weber style throttle body. So since I am way out in the stix here on mull I was wanting to keep things low tech. I have better chance of overhauling a 45 or 48mm side draft carby than trying ot tune a computer without a rolling road. I also have a hilux diff which has axels the size or your wrist and good ratios available for rotory engines.
I guess all i have to do is keep on sourcing, no rush mind.:)
