Check this out, sureterm who insure me on my 3rd gen will not insure me on a 2nd gen turbo II!

This leaves me in a crap position because i paid for a whole year and cant afford to wait for a part refund because i wont be able to pay for new insurance in the meantime.

Seems a little odd. Did they give a reason? Id have asked for one.

They phoned me up last week asking if I got my renewal stuff through as they hadnt heard from me. Told them I wouldnt be renewing and the girl on the phone seemed quite shocked after asking why when I said I couldnt afford it and will have to sell it. As if im going to pay 4.5k insurance :o

They are a bunch of fools with no IQ. The reason was because it was a turbo! Tried to explain that I had a third Gen at the moment and this was a slower previous model etc but the underwriters wouldnt except it.

Haha what a joke, my current forms even say RX7 Turbo on them lol.

I hate insurers.

Sometimes I wonder if I could get all my friends together and sort our own insurance out in some way :rolleyes:

As good as but it wont be unless i can get my insurance sorted. Good job I checked as I was going to buy the car then inform Sureterm of the change. I thought it would be less!
