Before my project got put on hold I was pricing up new bushes for my car and found these guys in the USA
They do a full front end kit for our cars (most people recomend that the rear bushes are replaced with the OEM bushes anyway to prevent the linkages from binding)
Anyway they are willing to ship to the UK and there prices are pretty good too - see what you think,

balljoints, lower ball joints , control arm bushings upper / lower, outer tie
rods, sway bar bushings, strut rod bushings, stablizer links, the cost is
$159.00. Shipping is approx $75.00.

Thats aprox £150 which is about 1/2 what I'd been quoted in the UK and the polygraphite bushes are meant to be quieter than the plain polybushes which tend to squeek a bit
