Well it is that time of year again for my car. After fitting new tyres all round and servicing the breaks and removing the airpump and ACV this week something had to go wrong. I dropped the car off for the MOT and after a couple of hours I was starting to get a little worried (thry were gonna ring me as soon as it was done). So I figured i'd just heads back down to the MOT station. As I got there I could hear the purr of a rotary so thought they must be doing the MOT still. The guy doing the MOT was reversing my car out of the garage when I noticed a Red A4 VOSA piece of paper (the failed piece) on the dash. My heart sank. Rushing over to ask him what it failed on, he jumped out and told me to calm down. He must have seen the look on my face! His next words turned my frown into a smile though as he quickly reassured me that the failure sheet was infact for the Mondeo next to my car and that my car had passed with flying colours:Party:D. Woop Woop! So pleased I can't stop smileing now.
So now I am ready for my first track day on friday and for Rotorstock in a few weeks. Get in!:driving:driving:driving:driving:driving:drivin g:driving:driving:driving:driving:driving:driving: driving:driving:driving:driving:driving:3gears-lh

What polish are you using? You may well be better off in cutting the paint with some cutting compund to get rid of the pink. I used some with my buffer on a mates red car and what a difference.

Yeah im T cutting it first. I would have used G3 as its supposed to be better for the paint but I don't have any. I spent 4 1/2 hrs on monday and just got the bonnet, head light covers and the front bumper done. Today I got half the roof and all of the drivers side minus the front wing done. Then I've got to wash it again and polish/wax it.
