I need to bring an engine over from the States, North Dakota to be exact. Does anyone have any experience of this? Cost, recommendations etc? It's all a bit daunting! I know that by boat will be the cheapest option.
Thanks.
Phil.

I hope you have better luck with shipping than I do ... purchased a sunroof off Ebay and had it mailed to the UK from the US and I'm still waiting 3 1/2 months later !
and to top it off the seller won't return my e-mails asking for the tracking number ! don't know if its lost in the post or I've been taken for a ride :reallymad

The price is nto just worked out on weight but on size. Mine will take up more room than yours even though mine weigh less, be interesting to see how much they quote you but they are very reasonable when comparing to a lot of others.
