not sure if this is the place to put this or not but couldnt think where else to put it!
Anyway.....
Just thought i would let you all know my experience!
I have never dealt with a more friendly or helpful company, any questions or problems I have Jon, Sam and Richie have all been happy to help!
Jon calls me regularly to keep me updated on parts im waiting for and if there have been any problems I'm first to know!
I started using them for spare second hand parts which they have a large selection of and every time i have been to the unit Sam has no problem with me having a dig around to find anything i want, it was on a visit to collect some second hand parts when i decided out of the blue to get some of their feed style skirts, Sam and Richie fitted them there and then, not just some tapping screws they did it with riv nuts making sure they fit propperly and werent going to come off!
this is also when i first met Jon. Jon is a legend although so far has managed to make me spend far to much money with them and im sure will be making me spend more, i get random phone calls informing me he has something i will like LOL and how much i need it! first time i met him at the unit he was unboxing things and convincing me to buy stuff!!
recently I have had a heated screen fitted by them, some 5 point harnesses and im just waiting for 2 buckets to turn up to them and i will be using their own custom seat mounts which i have to say are a work of art! the one thing i have noticed, their products all look stunning but they are all designed to be as functional and safe as possible!
i had to leave my car with them overnight and was offered a courtasy car, not at one point did i worry about my cars safety, i knew they would treat it with as much respect and care that any rx7 does! and they even washed it for me!!!
only thing that you have to watch out for is Jon's terrible jokes and Richie coming out with random northern phrases that no one understands lol!
appart from that, legendary people and company! will be spending lots of money with them and will be going back time and time again!!
completely recomend them to anyone wanting good work carried out at good prices!!

Just got back from a day out at AR. Went to get Teins fitted but ended up with a complete suspension overhaul and rebushing. Can't thank Jon and Keith enough for the effort they put in from 9am to 7pm tonight, am loving the results already http://www.fduk.org/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

Hopefully getting my car picked up by Jon and taken to AR to finish off my single turbo conversion as i dont have time due to work. Ive already eyed up a few parts like the fuel inection setup as ive seen some picutures and ive been very impressed, ive got a budget which i dont think ill have any problems spending lol. I'll comment back when i have the car back and on the road, but from parts ive already bought off Jon he has been more than helpfull.

Bushes arrived on time. Very good service and what’s important Jon was extremely informative and helpful and took time to explain about some of the products he is now manufacturing which are a much cheaper alternative to Mazda replacement parts.
Top service

I didnt have a good experience with Jon,
Bought front wings off him for 200 quid sold to me as as new freshly repainted (as good as new). when they arrived they had thick tar marks on them and one wing had some scratches (i sent him photos). I called him and he said he was sorry the goods were mint when he posted them they may had got scratched in transit but he would not take them back as he wouldnt know what to do with damaged wings. Also he said he was not geared up to package items correctly. sadly the items were like that when he posted them. as the layer of dust covered the whole wings and over the scratches.
After many communications the 20 pound part refund i reluctantly accepted and i was promised never materialised and i still have these substandard overpriced wings on my car. He was quite evasive he kept losing my bank details etc etc.
apart from that hes fantastic.

Im sorry you're still harbouring a grudge about this...I thought it had been settled. It is for this very reason that I dont send second hand items through the post anymore...as I was sure they were fine when they left the workshop.
Anyway...if you want to send me your bank details I will send the monies over to you...that way we can put this to bed.

Its not a grudge its just the forum is the perfect opportunity to air my view on customer service.
If you would have paid me the partial refund a year ago this wouldnt have happened.
paypal me kriskinealy@yahoo.co.uk or send to (91474529 s/code 40/15/04)

I can see your point Dr...But I must say after what Atomic said above, i rate him for that. At-least he is willing to give your money back..thats what matters the most....I am sure that You did not want to have your money back this way, but the above statement of Atomic is very cogent and goes beyond to show that he is after customer's satisfaction..:god
I appreciate Jon myself as he is and always been very helpful to me.. he explained loads of stuff to me. My experience with Rotary Mech..is not great but I would say Jon's offer of refund is appreciable.
Hope you and Jon remedy this problem amicably

Met up with Jon today. Top, top guy. Always happy to give advice and gets stuff delivered really quickly.
The quality of the items he supplies is top notch.
He also had a good story about a machete wielding loon in London. My only concern is that if he ever does find the time to do sometraining he will be better at triathlons than me!
Thanks a lot Jon, pleasure dealing with you. And I will get a set of those pillow ball bushes as soon as i can scrape some money together :)
