Carl (on the Forum) built the engine for Dave. It is a 12A Bridgeport I believe (Carl can confirm).

He runs it in this http://www.barc.net/ch02207.htm series. Pretty sure he is still running this year.

Car is very quick up against V8's etc.

Daves car has a 12a with special porting that I have devised that follows no normal porting route,ie: it is a mixture of bridge and peripheral.
Power is 185hp at the wheels on a Nikki carb that must be run as Dave races in Post historic touring carsprior to 1974,and rules do not let him run a Weber.
In the races are such vehicles as Mustangs,Camaros,JagV12's,Capri's,Escorts,Dolomite s and the like.

i love a good v8 killin mazda. 185 @ the wheels 12a b with a carb is very decent power. i would like to see this guy race while im over near the end of the year. any chance of that??

Season finishes in October,But he may be doing some winter testing then.Still it would be good to see you then,BTW how much luggage can you bring?I 'll have 3 20b's in your suitcase please.
