Rev limiter?

I get a buzzer sounding off at 6k. Do they all do this? Whats it for? They dont red line at 6k do they?

It's there to let you know you're approaching red-line. So you don't have to take your eyes off the track to check your revs.

they say it's because the rotary engine doesn't change too much in pitch as the revs increase, I say strip out the interior and stick a big SS exhaust system on the back and it does!!!
