hi everyone. when your insurance is due give THE POLICY SHOP a call 0800 064 4404 better quote than everyone else i rang by a wopping 300 quid!!!!!! and that is including all the companys mention on here.

That sounds great:cool But for what car?, is it an import?, do you have to be over 25?, etc etc..... I will to be ringin around to insure mine soon, and i'll be a few months short of being 25:( hope i don't get stung for it:rolleyes:

sorry for not putting up details im 25. with 4 years usable ncb. ( ive kept 2 years for my other vehicle) for a mazda rx7 rz (94) cover included upto 320bhp mzdaspeed body kit .....and lambo doors off road parking with cat 1 , 5000mile limit

My insurance is due soon so I will give these guys a try.

As my insurance is due soon I thought I would call one or two places. Best quote so far is £944. Last year I was £1100.
Im 24, 5y ncb. Car is stock with CAT2 immob. on it. parked in drive overnight.
I thought this was a great quote from Admiral.

Was that on an import steve? and was it possible to do on on-line or did you have to phone up?

Yeah its an import.
You need to call up the company, and tell them about three or four times, this is a japanease import Mazda RX7 twin turbo. The web sites I have seen only ever offer the UK Mazda RX7. Call and make sure.

they couldn`t better the policy shop quote. they said if i`d had the rx7 for a year all ready.. they could but because its a new car they see me as a risk until ive driven it in all seasons!!!! and gained experience in the car

quote was 1050 fully comp. but because silly me had a crash last mondaY (luckly i protected my no claims) its gone up to 1200. or 1300 with protected no claims again

They seemed very friendly on the phone, but don't do under 25's :(, looks like it's all in the hands of elephant/Admiral :rolleyes:
