Accessing "vehicles for sale" section

Will the "vehicles for sale" section in the forum only become accessible to me once I have paid the membership fee and become a full member..??

You should be able to click on the;

Submitted Ads - Cars and Items For Sale (the blue block)

- section and see several generation sections plus parts?
