Hi Berny,
Welcome to the club!!
It is amazing that the 787B raced in Europe but it only comes here once(Goodwood) with no publicity and on the personal whim of a certain Ford executive who was running things in Mazda for a while until leaving under a cloud. No one here knew until after the event!
We are very jealous, particularly since we have asked Mazda to bring the car here for "ROTORSTOCK" and absolutely nothing happens.
You guy's had it last year, and now this year too???That's just plain greedy!LOL!
No seriously though,we wish you all the best with Sevenstock.
You will have to do what were doing and hold it a dragstrip next year.
You wouldn't happen to know where the David Kennedy 787B car is?We think it maybe in London but have not traced it so far.We are trying to find David Kennedy because we think he may own it.
All the best.
Kind regards
Carl:wave

Carl.. thanks... I've actually been on the forum for quite some time now, but really never post, just read!

On the 787B, we had the car here at SevenStock, three (3) years ago (SevenStock-4), not last year! Unfortunately, the movement and transference of the 787B has to be a baby business case in itself for Mazda. Our last estimate to get the car moved to any event was at leat, $35k US. It's quite an expense. I'm sure a successful event on your part this year, will go a long way to having Mazda UK help you guys out a little more next year!

Sorry Bern,
My mistake about when you had the 787B.
We have all seen the video's of the car at Sevenstock.
I just thought that it was last year.
Do you think you could make it over here for "ROTORSTOCK"?
We would really like you and anyone from the States to be here, even bring some cars if anyone can.
Kind regards
Carl:)
