Age 37, wife 36.

Adding RX-7 to my Direct Line policy so no NCB as that's on my first car......£950 per year TPO for up to £5k insured value, £1650 FC for £8k insured value. Mileage less the 5000 per year.

Sureterm....£668 FC on a classic car policy, insured value £7000, mileage 3000 per year

Tradex motor traders policy £1063 TPO for ANY vehicle (sports, high performance, 4x4s - absolutely anything) owned by me/wife, or in our custody or control for motor trade purposes, including cover for other drivers for demonstration purposes provided wife or I accompany them.

Just wondering how easy it is for a scally to nick a car that has an insurance approved immobiliser fitted. Anyone know?

A car is as secure as you make it, CAT 1 alarm should do it, and a steering lock etc, thieves like a car thats quick to nick
get one of those locks that covers the entire steering wheel, pain in the arse to use but rated very good. Nothing will guarantee your cars safety though these days

personally I would never feel happy having a desirable tail happy car like that insured third party only

FC means Fully Comp in that post. Not an FC rx7...
