I still get the "install Windows 2000" script (I'm using XP), so I can only see a rubbish text version without hyperlinks :(

Looks 'squashed' on my screen, about 75% width.
I don't have this with any other site.

Working fine on IE6, XP at 1280x1024.
Having just looked at the source, I see you're using Publisher and I can feel your pain... Can you not get Carl to invest in something decent for web development!? ;)
You could always try an open source WYSIWYG author like Kompozer: http://kompozer.net/ - should turn out better results than Publisher's hideous HTML!

There are a number of much better tools out there for doing your web design than either publisher, frontpage or dreamweaver.
All the above produce heavy and inflexible HTML. The M$ products are the worst of the bunch.
For a site with simple layout like the Hayward one basic HTML and CSS skills and a text editor are enough to make it all work.
A decent image editor (Paint Shop Pro/Photoshop) are must (the background 'fade' image on the main site is really quite poor.
Doing a google for tips on website design might be able to give some pointers on making it easier to read and freshening up the look.
Having worked with a few good web designers in the past it's amazing what they can come up with.
Simplifying the look and feel would, in my opinion, seriously improve the usability of the site. Particularly simplifying the background image (it takes away from the content) and simplifying the buttons - they're a bit 1995 :)
Current design trends are leaning towards flat blocks of colour, no 3d effects and simple layouts. It makes the content more accessible.
