I pass a black one on my way to work every so often (approx 8.45am), usually in or near Harlestone.

Just saying hi. (me in the grey MR2)

(there's not many cars to catch my eye around there)

Last week I was talking to a guy in Northampton who owns a black RX-7 but he only bought it a couple of weeks ago so it might not be the same one. They are a pretty rare sight around here which is why I went out of my way to go and say hello to him.

It was a J plate with big aftermarket alloys.

Sounds like a different person.
One day I will actually look at the number plate.

I have seen a silver one parked in the town centre a couple of times.

Were you at that tiny meet in Northampton? Went with my friend and his red honda s2000?

Yes I was at the little Northampton meet.

I was worried I was going to be in trouble for joining too many jap car sites.

So yes if see a Nicci or Nicola, then its me I'm afraid (or proud).

Just a shame there aren't more girls into jap cars.

re silver rx7 in northampton...

I've seen a stock looking silver rex in abington along with a rather nice red one cruising round with a nice aftermarket rear wing. If the silver one you've seen has a brash, unsubtle, scooby type wing on the back then that would be mine...

I haven't seen that one at all, sounds like it would poke my eye out though.

I just saw the red one tonight at Weston Favel sports centre. Definately an aftermarket rear wing :eek: and some nice alloys :cool
