Just a big thank you to Clive, not only has he managed to hook us up with any and all parts we've have needed and a spare 1st gen ( ;) ) he also drove out to deepest Charlton to bring a new top water hose for us. :god

Bought a Splitfire boost gauge a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately we only found out later that the 1 bar gauge had been discontinued, and MRP shipped the 2 bar gauge as it was the only one in stock. When I mentioned the fact that I'd ordered a 1 bar unit, MRP sent a more expensive Autometer gauge at no extra cost and I returned the Spiltfire gauge. I was a little annoyed to receive the wrong item, but MRP promptly rectified the situation at cost to themselves and made sure that I was satisfied. I'd be happy to do business with them again :)

Been having a right mare with the clutch on my FD, :reallymad after the garage have been telling me this and then that, getting the wrong parts ordered etc, i spoke to Clive and explained the situation.

He offered to help me by giving the garage his number and getting them to ring him and he'd taslk them through the problem and what to do to fix it.

This is by far the best customer services I've ever experienced and coming from a customer services background( many moons ago), you get a good idea just what i mean.

Clive offered help and advice without trying to get me to buy unnessicary parts and in the many dealing i've had with him in the past he's alway been very open and honest

So once again a great big thank you to Clive @ Mazda Rotary Parts :Thumbs-up

Ordered Front discs and pads from Clive - he was upfront in telling me that Black Diamond weren't the most reliable deliverers, but got assurance from them they'd be able to deliver in time for my MOT - they suprised both of us by shipping very quickly ! I knew before Clive did as they came straight to me after just a couple of days.

Pads came nicely wrapped too. And the prices were competitive - and I do like to shop around for a bargain.

I've only ordered from Clive twice but the first time he gave me solid advice on what seat to get and the second was just a good price.

Both times the delivery was very quick and I have no hesitation in recommending such quality service.

Thanks to MRP, great service, got some blanking plates for removing the air pump, and as I had to wait a wee while, he sent me some vacuum hose to get me sorted :D

Ordered a filler cap off a FC so I can remove my AST. Clive did not stock these parts but ordered me one especially, delivery was quick and well protected. Very happy with the service yet again Clive. Thanks bud.

had a nice little chat and arranged parts etc..
clive ordered the parts i need even b4 i paid him, payed him and just waiting for the parts now.

eatI have ordered a few things from Clive recently and have found his service to be great. He is always willing to help with advice, and the service is always quick and trouble free. In fact I ordered some pads recently and noticed there was a price discrepancy. Clive honoured the original price (even though I said I was willing to pay the correct price), and also sent some free 5.1 brake fluid.
Very impressed and will be using again when its time for new discs :)

My apologies, i looked in the box of the leads and it said "hand -assembled and checked by Diane" I thought it was an MRP thing until I thought about it!!! You probably don't make them in-house!!! lol :)

Way overdue, but I just wanted to say thanks to Clive for sorting me out with some brake pads. He insisted that I had to have some Racing Brake pads to match the RB discs I've had for a while, and he was right. The difference is incredible, the car just stops soooooooo quickly now it's unreal.

You know how when you were small, and had an enquiring mind, and just out of scientific research you thought you'd see how quickly your mates bike would stop if you jammed a big stick throught the front spokes and the end result was that he stopped rather quicker than anyone could have hoped for just like in Indiana Jones with the German motorcycle pursuer?.....that's how quickly it stops now, only without the massive crash and broken face :D

Thanks Clive for making me listen, and providing the pads at an absolute steal of a price too. If anyone's wondering what brakes to upgrade to, buy some Racing Brake from MRP. I insist upon it :Thumbs-up

Just a quick very big thank you to Clive once again. Needed to get some parts ASAP but they were not in stock, so Clive sent out an alternative for me to try in the meantime. This was done without me paying for it initially so Clive was very trusting to do this.

Turned out that all worked out well and despite the fact that Clive had been massively helpful already, he still gave me a discount as I had to do some messing around with the alternative product.

Awesome service, one of the best traders I have ever dealt with (if not the best) thanks very much Clive.
