If you contact Geff at gp autos in portsmouth on 02392-831-213
He will supply you one can't remember the price but cheap, and yep there is a big difference in (smell) poooh cough cough, in (power) you will notice a massive diifference especially in mid range and top end pull, and last but certainly not least (noise)
your car will roar like an absolute beast. You will have trouble with emissions also if you don't have a friend who owns a mot station. STILL WANT ONE ???

Are they not exempt from the emissions check? My rotaries have never been checked.

.... Just to let you know that I have just today had a stainless steel turbo back (straight through to a single box) powerflow system made to my specifications and fitted to the TII by Top Gear in St. Albans for the grand total of £270.
They did a trully brilliant job by listening closely to what I wanted and carrying out exactly what I asked. The quality of their TIG and MIG welds is first class, and you couldnt have asked for a more friendly bunch . All the work they did is covered by a lifetime garentee. Just a shame theire workshop did looked like the worst backstreet bodge shop outside of Calcuta.....
The differance it makes is huge - it is a quanum leam in terms of performance for my car, even if it does shoot out foot long flames on the overrun and louder than I would realy have liked before :D
Give them a call (or any other powerflow dealer), they would be able to knock you up a decat pipe in less than an hour I would have thought.

:) good stuff!
What mods. do you have on your car? probably a post somewhere on it - but make sure you are not getting boost spike or boost creep, you don't want it to lean out.
Bet it sounds great!

Ive just bought a second hand bonez straight through pipe, have a knighsports ecu, but is there anything else id need to get done to prevent boost creep or anything else nasty happening?
Also, anyone had experience of the bonez? its the one Bill advertised on fduk, he didnt end up putting it on his car, so wanted to find out whether this particular one will bolt on without any modifications to flanges etc?
Thanks
Graham
PS: have a metalit cat replacement pipe on at the mo, but it may have seen many miles, what sort of power differences would I notice going to a straight through?

Hi Bob,
do you have a boost controller ? I think you may well need one.
you will be a lot louder and you will probably notice little in power depending on the midpipe some are good some are not. If you get a good one you may notice mor epower in the upper rev range compared to before.

Cheers Brian
Ive got a boost guage, so will keep an eye on it.
Good about the noise, lol, bit too quiet as is, you recon lots more noise? ive got a racing beat cat back single exit exhaust on there too.
Ive got a blitz induction kit coming to replace the arc kit, which should help no end getting air in, so hopefully with lots of potential for getting air out, the car will go that bit quicker.

FYI
I recently got my '92 through its emissions check with Apexi ECU, midpipe, no airpump, intake and a few other mods.
Legitimately as well!
Had to lean off the fuel, and turn on the A/C tho! Leaning off is easy with the Apexi Commander.
So it can be done, but does need fettling.
Later cars have tighter limits I think?

Max
