Firebond quote seems OK????

I came on here to see if there were any better offers than mine from Firebond at £151.31, 3000miles, agreed value £3000, but it seems not so bad when I look at the other figures on here. Mind you, I'm 73 not 23 and that probably helps a little. Firebond are probably just looking at it as a quote for a rotary powered wheelchair or something for some hair-brained old twit.
