The car was finished last summer, and I've driven it from Canada to LA, and up-n-down from Lake Tahoe. It's running great. Plenty of power when needed, and I can go about 260 miles on a tank of gas. I finished the hardtop in time for winter, and it was certainly handy to have.

It's been to a few car shows, and took second place twice. Not bad for a car which wasn't supposed to be a show vehicle. The only items left are minor details like installing a radio, working on a minor flatspot near 3000rpm, and making a nice way to store jack and tools in the trunk.

Owned a GT6 many years ago, oh I remember it was the very hot summer, was it 76.

Anyway one of the worst cars I've ever owned rear suspension was awfull and the gearbox gave off so much heat into the cabin I had to divert the face vents down into the footwell.

Sold it after eight months

Lovely looking car though.
