i am looking at buying 19 inch split rims , has anyone fitted 19 and are they okay or am i better going for something smaller? ta

You could get wheel rub on either the arches or the struts. So offsets would have to be spot on.

Plus I think ride could be a little harsh.

I guess it depends what you want from your car. For shows, and a bit of cruising around and looking good, then 19's should work. Just be sure you get the offsets right.

If you care more about going fast, I think current advice (picked up by lurking Yankee forums) is to go no bigger than 17 or 18.

Also depends if you lower your car, I guess.

If you go for 19s, I would recommend you have the front arches rolled. Big alloys tend to pull the lip of the arch out otherwise.

i have found these 19" and they have 34 offsets and he thinks they are the right fitment , how much to get arches rolled just incase

Depends on where you take it. Different body shops charge different amounts.
