Is it just me or is the forum extremely slow since server was upgraded ?? It's literally like going from broadband to 56k modem.

I haven't noticed it myself, but there have been quite a few occasions when I've had trouble getting it to load at all. Sometimes it freezes halfway through loading a page.

Only other problem I have is the error message "Warning: phpversion() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/httpd/vhosts/mazdarotaryclub.com/httpdocs/forums/newreply.php on line 513" which seems to come up at the top of the page a lot.

Then type: ping www.mazdarotaryclub.com

I notice that since the upgrade that it's really slow. I was deleting files on my hard disk and stuff yesterday and still the same. What I notice though is that if I change my security settings under internet options to high the forum runs really quick, if I lower it to medium or low it runs really slow strange??

That's interesting Brian.

Keep an eye on it for me and please keep me posted. I would like to know what is doing that (if it is a browser based issue). Are you on the latest IE?

Hi Glen,
Will keep you posted. I have deletd temp internet filesa and deleted other stuff amounting to over 200meg of space but it's the same. I have played with my security settings again but it didn't speed this time. I'll try it from another pc tomorrow and see whetehr there's a difference.
