It just looks so strange, having a rotary engine in a BMW?

Nice drag machine, 4 rotor with 2 turbos.
I wonder what those bits were that flew off it in the first aborted run.
8.22 1/4 mile is not too shabby either.

the same team have run7.2 with a 4 rotor engine in another Beemer.
That vid is a shakedown run in the new car.

A BMW with rotors goes against the laws of nature... It is a freak and should be put out of its misery.....:bandit

why? its only the shape of the body mould over a large tube/space frame......They must just have a penchant for the classic german design and those radiator/nostril grilles...

A German designed Wankel engine in a German car, shouldnt seem so strange (but yet it does). At least this ones not pink (yet).

I use Von Helmets finest to pull my 7 from venue to venue. A big grunty 2.8 6cyl that goes like a haunted :censored::censored::censored::censored::censored: house. I know which car I would rather drive on the road. An even faster 1308cc 7 that is normally behind the BMW on a trailer
