just wanted to let you know how pleased with myself i am.;)
my exhaust has been getting worse and with two meetings coming up (southend and hatfield ) i wanted to get it sorted. i had stainles box's anyway and i had a racing beat 2 1/2 dp and de cat pipe from the other car.
i made up the bendy bits with an over axle pipe i bought from a car shop. that was the easy bit. then i had to fit the dp. it is so close to the bolts that hold it on, you cant get a socket on them and my hands were too big to fit in the hole between the servo and the inlet manifold. i had to get a smaler person to do it.:rolleyes:
anyway now it is on its great. you can hear the gases trying to get out and it has that loverly rasp that only a rotary has. and it has more power too :D
cant wait to drive it again.
