View Full Version : Identifying Wiring Loom Connector

Hi,
Im just in the process of labelling up fully my engine wiring loom and Im stuck on one connector...
Its a white connector which is on the same branch of the look as a grey and ornage connector...(not much help i know!!) but im pretty sure they are the only 2 connectors on that branch of the loom. Can anyone tell me what the white ( ithink its 2 pin) connector is for?

:( i dont have one.....my girlfriends got my digicam and shes gone off on holiday lol....it is an all white connector with an orange and grey connector (poss 4 pin)on the same branch! From memory, there isnt another pair like it!

hmmm....without a piccy it's difficult to say. I recall the idle valve being a white connector - but can't remember what other bits are on that bit of loom. See if it connects to your idle valve, which should be accesible now that your engine is in bits.

that sounds about right as that bit of loom isnt too far from the coloured solenoid connectors

There is a white one on the back of the water pump i think but thats a 1 pin it has a grey and orange connector with it for the air pump if i remember rightly.

arghh....damn ill have to go home and have another look...im pretty sure it werent the airpump connector that was with it though as I know that one by look from before i bought the car!!!!!

air pump connector is grey, not white.
