Boost controller: APEXi AVCR vs HKS EVC

As someof you know I need a new boost controller, I have been offered a choice of 2 from an ebay seller in Malaysia.

HKS evc - which I have now but suspect a valve fault, in which case I could just replace the valve an be done, not the most amazing features or looks but does the job well.

or

Apexi AVCR - very nice looking but I've been told they're not the best for control an are known to allow boost creep.

Pro's, con's an experience on both units would be appreciated

You can also get a black AVCR with figures in white which looks much better than the blue/silver one but is £40 more.

Had the AVCR on mine and never had any problems. Delivered boost very clean and never had any probs. They must be fitted correct though, i took mine to a local specialist and he still got it wrong! ended up doing it myself, with info from clive.

In simple - good controller and have no prob's with it.
