Hi everybody. Just got the car back. Here is what happened. It was running perfectly well on the motorway all the way from exeter to london and in london the next day. Then I went to the car wash - after it has been washed I tried to start it - it revved unusually fast all the way to 3000, stayed there for a couple of seconds and then shut off...I started her up again, this time keeping it idling by squeezing throttle a bit, slowly lowering the pressure thus lowering the rpm, until it reached a healthy and perfectly smooth 1000rpm.. until it shut off again... Procedure was repeated 3 times, after it finally held the rpm and i could drive it.. After that 30 minutes after it just shut off. I started her again, drives normally for now... I have quite a powerful sound system installed - could that be the cause in any way, or should I check the mapping? Thanx a lot..
