Definately a series-II version but not a 1995 model sorry.
Looking at the VIN - JCES-1000?0 (cant make out the 2nd last digit)
This car is actually FEB-94 - AUG-94 era depending on that digit
For reference................VIN
JCES-100178 = 29 DEC 94
Having said that. This 94 model is still in great shape. One of just 369 series-II versions sold & worthy of purchase.

strange that this guy keeps relisting it. last time it reached five grand and reserve wasn't met. now it's relisted with a buy it now of £5100. for the sake of £100 i'd have let the last highest bidder have it!

My guess is that he (or someone he knows) pushed the bids up to £5g.

Think it only comes into force if registered after June or July (can never remember which) of 1995 so you can actually use the non-cat figures.
I had to find a pre July engine for the Westie for this reason.
I have really started to like the look of these motors :mmmm
