Tien suspension

Anyone heard of these, after the service at rotecnics i found i had "Tien Gas Adjustable Coil suspension" are these any good? not sure if thats the exact name cos im at work atm and done have the sheet to hand.

I noticed yesterday I have Apex-i adjustable suspension!

I assume you just turn the screw to adjust the rebound damping? Anyone know for sure before I accidentally drain their oil?
