Just washed my Cosmo so I thought I would take some pics with my other rotary engined car - a 1972 NSU Ro80.
I bought the 20B Cosmo from Superseven earlier this year and am really enjoying it and it's incredible performance though the petrol consumption is a bit frightening!

Sure hope there is a KKM612 under the bonnet of that Ro80. Mazda power is good but ruins the originality.

Pretty trick looking Cosmo you have there too. When you deal with 20B power all the time. More pics of the Ro80 would be great.....:driving

Beautiful background for the cars too.

*HIJACK*

How does a standard Cosmo square up to an FD ??

Can you perform similar mods ? Are they N/A ??

There are two versions of the Cosmo 13b and 20b. 13b is a detuned version of the fd engine but with more potential for tuning as it come with bigger runners/ ports as standard. The 20b is a three rotor about 330hp in detuned form but lots of potential for big power gains mines running over 450rwhp on stock ports at .94bar at the last dyno. Quite a bit more now by the seat of pants dyno. Both motors run a twin turbo in stock form like the FD, but dont forget the cars are quite a bit heavier/bigger so not so agile as the FD in stock form.

450rwhp in a cruiser like that sounds like a lot of fun..
