Hi mate surprised your using carbon seals is there any reason for this?
Looking at your pics your still running the emissions crap on the throttle body. A easy mod is to ditch the cooling system to the body, remove the secondary butterflies and port the internals. I'll post some pics of mine if i can find them. Water injection is a cheap easy safeguard when your turning up the boost also plus a great way to get the air temps down. It might be worth your posting up or PM'ing a full list of mods then i can see where you've gone so far so we can compare notes. What sort of power levels are you running at the moment and at what boost?
As Stu said i was running 476rwhp at 0.94 bar earlier this year but there's been quite a few mods since then getting everything ready for removing the exhaust sleeves and porting the engine at the end of the year, time permitting.

Hi I Got Told By The Company Rebuilding The Motor Carbon Seal Are More Reliable On A Daily Driver
As Forpower And Boost Last Time I Got It Tuned It Was Running 340rwhp On 9 Psi Bu Wanting To Up The Boost As Soon As I Come Back From Holiday As I Am Getting Fuel Upgrades From Overseas
I Would Like To Get More Info On This Emmission Stuff On The Throtal Body Though As I Thought I Got Rid Of It All Ie: Air Pump All The Mess Of Pipes Under The Inlet Manifold And Some Sort Of Pump On The Side Of The Manifold

I've got a pic of the throttle body with the main of the porting done before polishing. To the right of the upper right butterfly you can see where the shaft hole for the secondaries has been filled and on the outside of the casting on the left where the operating linkage has been removed and filled, to the right of the lower butterfly the casing wall has been built up to match the left hand side and give smoother flow, the casting for the inlet from the charcoal canister has been removed and filled below and in front of the lower butterfly, and on the underside of the casing you can see a blanking place where the emission valve has been removed. Its just a case of loosing as much of the internal Ali as you dare then whilst smoothing out any lumps, bumps and sharp edges.
There's also a pic of a 13b and 20b throttle body in standard form (20b on the right)
