I hope he doesnt have to replace it....big ££££'s! Rotechniks do a replacement, have a look at their site:

What I would do:
Shove a metal rod up the pipe to clear a basic path through for gas, get a fire extinguisher ready at the back of the car and start the engine.
The exhaust should melt/blow/burn the crap out hopefully!!

worse thing is the **** who did he will most likely get away with it and even were they caught i doubt they will have to pay anything towards it! i really hope he dont have to replace it.. its a lovely looking car, just a shame certain elements of society dont show more respect for peoples pride and joy :reallymad

See if acetone or petrol will dissolve it.

you can buy stuff to remove expanding foam
http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?id=24412&ts=28514
you might need to take the back box off to soak it in the stuff but its cheaper than a new one

go to any pvc trim company that supplies the window companies in your area and ask for a tin of foam gun cleaner, this will break it down but you will need to stand the exhaust on end and allow the cleaner to soak in overnight keep topping it up and do it out side were its cold then it wont evaporate as quick then turn it over and repeat. Also keep trying to shove something in to it, its not hard when set and with a little time it will come out. The cleaner costs about £3.00 if that. Hope this helps MARK.
