6 Months ago some guy ran up the back of my Honda Prelude, and two months after that the engine in my Rx7 blew up after i put a new 3000 dollar gear box in from pac performance... how was that for luck. Anyway, the guy that ran up the back of my prelude, ended up paying me 10,000 for repairs, i spent another 3 months trying to decide to spend the money on the rx7 series 4... after speaking to a few mazda dealers and pac... i thought, :censored::censored::censored::censored:... why dont i buy an rx8... so that was it, im 21 years old, and i walked into the dealership in my jeans and t-shirt and wanted to test drive the red rx8 they had there... the first sales guy shook my hand but didnt take me seriously. So i went and spoke to some indian fellow, and he was glad to arrange for me a test drive :)

i already fell in love with it when i saw it, and it was as good as sold, but i wanted to drive it for the hell of it anyway, so i did. Signed the papers, he didnt even care about the fact that i was on my P's... and i was off, the only model they had was an auto so that was really dissapointing, and i think the auto version only pulled as much power as my rx7 series 4 non turbo, it didnt feel as fast as i had hoped.... but thats what u get from auto. took it hard around a few corners, ended up running a red light, scared the :censored::censored::censored::censored: out of the dealer next to me, and after that incident the test drive ended early.... so i signed the papers and my money away, and its cost my life savings and my 10,000 plus another 3 years work to pay it off, i hope its all worth it though.... cant wait to take it to eastern creek.... i think it will manage about 240km/hr around turn 1... we will see... hehehe ...... it really sucks though, the australian model doesnt come with GPS and i also gotta wait till late december early jan to get it

buts its all good, it will be my first decent car i can be proud to own

any suggestions on what i should do with my rx7 series 4 non turbo 86?
