Sighting: black FD in Newbury

Dont usually bother with sightings but I've seen this guy a couple of times now in 'my' manor, Newbury in Berkshire.

Saw it again yesterday on the dual carriageway heading north between BK and Sainsburys. Black FD, early one, GT rear spoiler, Some kind of aftermarket nose which is still in grey primer - guy driving look young-ish...

Any one here?
