I've got adjustable Ohlins, I really like them if thats any help, firm ride but handle sweet
Chris Wilson in Shropshire is a good guy to speak to regarding suspension, he frequents some lists such as FDUK

And Koni do some pretty good adjustables for the FD.
Beauty of these are that you can buy them just about anywhere.
George Svar..........yeah, him! - uses these I think?
Eibach do a spring and anti roll bar kit as well.
There's plenty of choice out there!
You really need adjustables to mantain good handling for both road and track use.
What do I know though, I'm still running stock.....for now......

I've had Koni on previous cars and to be honest felt that the trade of in ride wasn't backed up by improved handling.
I visited the Euro Ohlins site but they only list for the MX-5. Who sells Ohlins, how much are they and will they be over kill for my proposed usage?
I was after Tein Flex with the EDFC but have heard that they are prone to leaking.

I have driven quite a few FDs with different suspension sey-ups. And I like the Ohlins the best, especially on the road the handling is amazing. I think Lee was impressed, when I took him out for test drive in the white one with the ohlins, just a shame it was only running low boost then!

Impressed - I thought I was going to die (remembering the last time I was in an FD it went the wrong way up!)
I remember saying at the time that I couldnt drive like that - im taking that comment back now im behind the wheel again :D
