hi there, just got my 13b NA RX7 bug running......got a few questions though....

firstly, it seems to search for idle rather a lot...varies 200or 300RPM either way.... what could this be?

Also, do you ever experience exhaust leaks around the manifold? is there a torque for these bolts to be done up to? it seems awfull loud.....

What thread is the sump plug on a rex? i want to put an oil temp sender in there....

How do most of you get the front pulley nut off? i need to take off the front pulley cos its a little tight to the rear valence!!

Cheers

Steve

IS the idle hunting (going up and down) if it is you probably have a lead in one of you vacuum pipes.

Thats about all I know the answer to at the moment.

Never take the front pulley off while the motor is in the car bud !!!!!!!!!!!!!Caution..it may lead to disaster if you have not done it before.Make sure that all the carb vacuum hoses not needed are blocked off.Just the leading and trailing vacuum hoses should be connected to the dizzy.

its a 13b bro......so no carb!
as for removing the front pully why not? basically i need to remove the furthest pulley from the engine...i.e. split it, so that i can fit the valance back on...its that tight!
