how do you adjust door closure?

i'm fed up of having to slam the doors of my fd to get them to close properly! how do you adjust the closing mechanism so they need a light push? i did this with the boot and now it's much better but the bar attached to the door frame doesn't move like it does on the boot....

I think the car is pretty air tight. Just open a window slightly, now close the door and feel the difference.
