3 mobile problems

'You do not have access to use this service'

They tell me it's a fualt, anyone else with 3 ?

Ive heard a lot of bad things about 3 with reception and stuff like that tbh.

Give them a ring and bend there ear!!

I ended up cancelling my 3 contract after 4 months, and getting ALL my money back, they were that bad. This was a while ago but if you want to complain, they don't have a complaints department, it is called 'corporate escalations' (sp)
Best of luck john but I know I will never go back to 3.
