I bought somthing on ebay on the 19th of Jan with a buy it now. Paid for it straight away with paypal. I still have received no goods or any communication from the seller. How long should i wait before i get arsey? i have sent one email asking if they have received my payment yesterday.
The seller has 100% feedback, bit worried as it wasn't cheap.

doesn't always end happy though-just had my feedback ruined by some dick who claimed he sent a cheque twice and they both got lost in the post. he then left negative feedback! so many time wasters out there.....

Just an update on this, told on the 26th it had been dispatched, still received nothing. I have emailed again but i get the feeling it won't end well.

It depends with postage, play.com is a good example, sometimes stuff arrives the day i get the email saying it's been dispatched, while other times it takes over a week after the email.
Give it a week or so then hassle :)

Right i have sent another two emails in the last week so today i threatened them with being reported to ebay and i would start proceedings against them. Once i have got my money back i will post up the user to be aware of and his email address so we can do a bit of good old spaming and sign him up to all sorts of strange stuff :bandit

UPDATE;
He has responded to the claim against him and has said he has sent it, standard package not recorded! he has called me a liar and buggered up my 100% feedback. If he has sent it fine we just need to track it down, what annoys me is he still won't respond to my emails even now.

He sounds like a right c**t! You can get the feedback altered if you get in touch with EBay & tell them you've been ripped off & he's left bad feedback! Idiots like this are the ones that ruin stuff for legitimate EBay users!

Sorted! I have been refunded my money, less £15 which paypal keep for their investigation. They have concluded the seller was in the wrong, he has got another two bad feedbacks since i complained.

Wow! I didn't know they actually take some of the money. That's not entirely fair!

I was aware of this but i thought i would get nothing so i am quite pleased, they do say to get the extra £15 i need to take it up with the seller - yeah right!
