I've seen a few 20B's over the last 3 months, none were up for over £5.5k, but then again, how much would you pay for a 15year old vehicle?
You can get so much car for so little money these days :D

Surely if the cars themselves are coming down in price then the engines, 20b's, should also be coming more available?? or am I way off?
cheers, michael.

I see our favourite garage  has a 20B for sale at £5k.

There are a few Cosmos up for sale on Autotrader at the moment. I wonder how many are in the UK now?

Here's the production run figures taken from Daves website don't think he'll mind.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The following is a list from Mazda Japan for the build dates & VINs. It lists the VINs & production numbers for the series-I + series-II versions. More accurate information will be posted as it comes to light but this will assist for general understanding at this time.....

13B - JC3SE-100016 - to - JC3SE-120150 24-Feb-90 - 26-Jan-94. Total = 4,536

20B - JCESE-100034 - to - JCESE-120084 23-Feb-90 - 07-Feb-94. Total = 3,568

13B - JC3S - 100001 - to - JC3S - 100520 16-Mar-94 - 22-Aug-95. Total = 380

20B - JCES - 100001 - to - JCES - 100633 23-Feb-94 - 06-Sep-95. Total = 369

Total 13B = 4325 Total 20B = 3937

Total Cosmo = 8853
As you can see Michael there wasn't that many to start with and the way people are cutting 20b versions there's going to be a serious shortage before long. Still plenty of 13b versions going through the auctions but the 20b's seem to be a bit more scares now and prices seem to be creeping up.
Wouldn't mind betting that 20b cosmo's are like rocking horse s**t in two or three years time.

Me and stu (grinder) went to look at said garage for a bit of a laugh after looking a gen2 for a friend. To be honest it didn't look as bad as i thought. They did have a few tastey cars in stock, they where a bit expensive. The cosmo had too thin tyres on the rims (jap style) and the interior had quite a few rips in the leather. They have got alot bigger than when i last looked and they have a very nice R32 drag car now ! Still wouldn't reconmend them though !
