Anyone had Adzest speakers?

I have stripped the rear panels in my FD to check out the speakers and instead of the crappy paper items i was expecting to find i have removed a pair of rather nice looking Adzest F-127 MS 5x7s. They have carbon cones and a seperate coaxial tweeter and are rated at 120W. They are apparantly made my clarion but i have never heard of them. The grills also have Adzest on them. Pics below...

Has anyone else got these and if so have you compared them to some other models eg Alpine 6x8s?

I'm intruiged as to whats in the front now....

I got rig of them and put some philips 6.25in component mids in (with a little cutting of the mount).

i've got some components to put in the front so i just need the rear for fill but am trying to work out whether it is worth upgrading.

at a guess i would say they are the same sort of quality as kenwood pioneer sony alpine and so on. Clarion is a good make. better than sony kenwood I had an adzest double din stereo in mine when it came over from jap.I put it on ebay and i only expected £60. It went for £160 :2eek

mine where shot to peices, real nasty speakers compaired to the component stuff i've got. But they where knackered.
