I am well impressed on your stock twins and what they produce, are they straight from the factory and not had any rebuilds ?

Cheers

Thats cool, if you cant aford that, no problems.
If you can point me in the right direction, I would like to know where you can buy some, recon'd, with bigger housings, 360 bearings, balanced and a 2 year warentee, just out of curiosity.

sorry i wasnt saying you are selling at a ridiculous price as i am sure this is what they cost.

i just meant that that is a lot of money for a couple of turbo's I.E I may aswell look at a single turbo conversion instead.

sorry gary :yes

Hi James, why not look at have 360 bearings put in yours, have the internal wategates ported, and balanced. That should work out better, if yours are in good condition. Mail me if interested, I'll see whats the best price I can do it for.

sounds like a plan but i may be getting ahead of myself as i dont even have a front mount.

Well you need to write a plan of attack and then start saving, as going all the way can be expensive, or do a job at a time, and work your way through. There will be a whole load of bits to sort, intercooler will probably be down the list, fueling will be near top, look at pumps, rails injectors, ECU. Need a plan of you goal to know how far you will need to mod.

Get the turbo sorted, ecu sorted, and fueling and other bits can be slowly improved, but would do the first 3 things at same time.

Ref you Q's concerning my twins. They are just a set of secondhand ones that had been taken off when someone went single. Nothing done to them just bolted back on after I blew the last set up @ 1.4 bar on WOT in 3rd going up the strip. That set had had 12 mths of very hard boost from me and 70,000 miles through them. :wave
