tips on how to change coil packs on fd

hi
i am going to remove my plenum tonight and replace my ****ty coil packs can anyone tell me how to do this the quickest and easiest way?

Hi James...take the main plenum off... then ull see that the coils are sat in a cage whcih is bolted in 4 places..... remove these 4 bolts... and remove the 3 coils together in the cage...then bolt the coils off individually once off the car...i also left the leads on when removing..... once the plenum is off..its a piece of :censored::censored::censored::censored::censored::censored: :D

Very easy to do... all 3 coils are sat in a cage... bolted on in 4 places... ull see this when the plenum is removed... unbolt the cage and remove all three coils at once... remove from cage once off the car...i also left the leads on...very easy to do...and prety straight forward once the plenum is off... I take it you happy taking the plenum off..done it before?
