This is in the wet but the car feels like its going to put me into the next lamp post everytime a change up.
Basically when accelerating (not hard) to about 60 then coming off the gas and changing up the car seems to squirm and the back end seems to go too light and tries to get away. My previous FD seemed alot more settled, what can cause this and is there anything i can do to stop this.
Running blistein suspension, running decent rubber, just had a new rear tyre put on and had a four wheel laser alignment done 2 weeks ago.

If one of your rear tyres has more tread than the other that will have a little effect on it.
I recently replaced all 4 tyres as I was having similar problems and it's much better now.

Just maybe, double check your 'Directional' tyres ?(arrows)
may be that simple,

could be waht paul said - also check your pillow ball bushings - worn ones make a car feel very loose

Differential playing up maybe? Another possibility!

Tyres are on the right way round, going to see what difference the tread is on each rear tyre. Will have the bushes checked at the weekend hopefully i can get to the bottom of it.
I am going to find a big open space and test at what point it lets go to give me a better idea of what else it could be.

What did they set your rear toe in to?
had a four wheel laser alignment done 2 weeks ago.

Standard settings they had on file, i asked them to take into account that the car was running 17's. I think it was 0.1mm difference to the alignment settings that are in the technical section on the forum.

I had some probs on my old cerbera - felt like I was driving on ice all the time.
Check the tyre pressures as the garage that did mine had left 40psi in the rears and once set to the right psi all was well.
They often over inflate tyres to get them to 'snap' onto the rim properly however they sometimes forget to then let them down again!

Good grief, 40 is a bit ott mate!!!
The toe-in thing was just a thought - I had a rear wheel self adjust to a bit of toe-out a while back - the handling became a little 'interesting' ;)

My thoughts exactly - must like going sideways!
I run 30 psi in mine (Toyo Proxes) other makes may like a higher or lower pressure but 40 psi is a touch extreme...

40 psi is fine when you dont daily drive the car and go through tyres like someone who does.
