I have my first trackday on Saturday at Bedford, and wondered what geometry settings I should try running first, before changing for my next outing.
Thanks Dan :confused:

The trackday that I am taking part in on Saturday is a 3.6 mile circuit, quite quick as they go.
I dont mind inside edge wear, but just want it to be stable on bends.
Thanks Dan

Hey Dan!
Sorry I have not replied to this mate. As I mentioned in the other email, I had the following done by Chris Wilson:
- Around 1.5 negative degrees on the front
- I think up to 3 degrees positive caster on the front
- 1.0 negative on the rear
- A little toe out on the front
- A little toe in on the back for stability at high speed.
Make sure you put some good brake fluid in.
Take some spare oil, and it wouldn't hurt to run some 2 stroke pre-mix in the fuel.
Hope this helps - and enjoy yourself mate!

Glen, thanks for the reply. Although I didnt see it until Gary Marks pointed it out to me today, and I had already had the settings done.
I have had the following setup done, so shall see how I get on with this.
Front:
Caster = 6'
Camber = -.4'
Toe = .03'
Rear:
Camber = -1'
Toe = .3
Thrust = .01'
So lets see what this does, and adjust for the next time out.
Dan
PS. I begrudge going to someone that is on a list that is meant to be an ONWERS list, helping each other out. Not someone that just wants to get work out of the users of that list. :(

Chris, there is no reason why these settings cannot be applied to a TII.

those specs were posted in 2nd gen forum and i will follow it on my TII but it could be applied for FD or SA/FB since suspension and weight distribution is similar....
