Hi all,

Just thought I would post this pic. up.

Steve's car (from www.cityperformancecentre.com) made 360RWHP on 16lbs of boost.

Pretty standardish engine (mild port) with a GT35 Ball Bearing turbo and MoTeC M4Pro.

12.2 @ 117mph on the 1/4 mile.

Not bad eh!

Nice, I'm wondering if the timing gear at TOTB2 theother week was spot on. Geff made a 12.37 @ 123mph; any comments Glenn?

I'm wondering how upset I'm gonna be on Sunday when I take Geff's car down the strip at Pod!

Rich - Geff's wasn't bad at all. What set-up does the car have now?

Either way - a car that runs 12's is fast enough to blow almost everything off the road!

Good mph - good enough for 11's.

Jason - not that many G'2s yet, but they are around for sure. I'll keep an eye out.

It's a bit of a mess under the bonnet ;)

Half bridgeport and a hybrid To4E-ish sized single with what I think is an exhaust hounsing for a 500 Cossie...I dont think any one really knows to be honest! I dont think it has quite enough puff though.

I'd like to try a Garrett BB or some thing on it to see the difference in spooling versus jnl bearings. I think he'll get rid of the car soon though to free up some cash for this and that though so I doubt that'll ever happen :(

I can confirm that it goes quite well on the street :D You have to shift a bit to keep the turbo spooled adequately and its not too clever crawling about behind people in traffic. But apart from that its pretty driveable...

Yeah, it was the mph I was asking you about; I thought it seemed high i.e. potentially <12 seconds. But Geff said that he wasnt having that much problem getting away reasonably (Dunlop D01J's) so I'm wondering where that extra time is...

I honestly think the timing gear was a little generous - but HOPE to be proved wrong on Sunday..... ;)
