Sit in your car, turn the stereo on, then move them about (using tape/bluetack to hold them in place) when you get the sound just right for you, then you have found the best place for em.
You may have to compromise a bit as the perfet place may not be suitable for fitment, buts its probably the best way, and you will be able to tailor the sound to your own liking.

I have mine mounted on the bottom of my a-pillar donato, i did what nixrx7 said......found the bottom of the a-pillar pointing inwards sounded the best!

i always found infinity components good, as the tweeter comes with a little unit that you can fit it into that swivels about and is easier to mount than just a bare tweeter.

F&M Stand ???? i doubt my RX is up to the quality needed for the show as you really want the best ones on the stand, and my paint is a bit faded here and there.
I plan on getting it re-sprayed at some point once i find someplace who i can trust to do it.
Thanks for the Offer Donato, but i dont want to let the side down by showing mine.
