This might be my browser (firefox) but I see a couple of inconsistencies:
The board seems to be divided into forums which have subforums nested in them. Forum and subforums are headed by areas with a darker blue background colour.
If I scroll down to General (with a dark background), below that I see General Forum Information (with a dark background) and below that I see the ROTARY FAQ bit (with a light background).
If I click on General, I now just see that forum. Under the General header I see a very dark area, nonclickable, with "Forum" in it, then below that I see General Forum Information as before.
But now I see three new items: Testing, Forum and Web Site Announcements, and Comments/Suggestions/Help, which were not visible before I clicked General. These have a darker area at the left, I presume to indicate that they are subsidiary to General Forum Information and not to General.
Then we have the ROTARY FAQ as before.
Is this what's supposed to happen? The hierarchy seems rather unclear.
Also if I go back to the initial view then scroll down to Vendor Advertisements, Japscene shows as a forum and not a topic like the other vendors. Is that intentional? I presume it must be as there are two topics inside. However it makes it easy to miss recent posts - I usually scan the Vendor section for the most recent post to see if it's worth going in there and you can't see the recent posts in Japscene because of this.
Probably just me being picky.
