I can beat AON - or at least Carole Nash can.
£266 fully comp., no excess, breakdown cover (all Europe) and legal protection. They have the Rx-7 as a classic, so she`s just about always cheaper. 0800 298 5522 if anyone`s interested. And no, I don`t work for them.

Great. And here's me well chuffed with my £600 deal.

I'm still paying more than everyone else, and I'm a member of the clergy, for christs sake!!

IT'S JUST NOT FFFFFAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Adrian Flux did me a good deal,
non turbo '86 rx7, 248 Quid, comp, no NCB, 5k per yr and 100 xs. And I'm only 30 lol, and it doesn't need to be kept in a garage or even have a cat1 alarm.

Cheers

Just phoned Carole Nash - they don't insure imports..... Hmmmm, tricky one to get around that.

Thanks for the number though, it's worth a try.

Cheers,
Si.

When is an import not an import?

I think I know the answer to this already but it may be an intersting point, my .98 was imported 'NEW' so isn't that the same as Mazda importing a new car to a Mazda dealer for sale in their showroom?

Does the fact that it was new, not registered etc. give it the same classification as any other new car Mazda send over for sale in this country? Aren't all Jap cars are imports?
