After your emails, phone calls, forum postings, and face to face conversations, we would like to announce that last fall's SevenStock7 was not the last event in the series! We proudly announce SevenStock8. Mark your calendars for October 8th, 2005. We've moved the event back to October to take advantage of the near perfect weather in Southern California and to allow the caravans crossing the Southwest to run in cooler weather.
The greatest Rotary event in the world started out as just a little BBQ get together by about 15 SoCal RX-7 Club members, and is now an event with over 4000 enthusiasts attending last year. The event celebrates of all cars rotary, and has become a yearly pilgrimage by rotorheads to Mazda R&D in Irvine, Ca. Mazda dusts off some of their historic Mazdaspeed race cars, and current racers like Abel Ibarra bring out their latest rotary monsters. If Santana and Jimi Hendrix was the music of Woodstock, 3 and 4 rotors fired up in the courtyard are the music of SevenStock. This is a do-not-miss event.
We have the date 10/8/05, and the location, Mazda R&D in Irvine, California. USA, and we are finishing the schedule of events from Friday night through Sunday afternoon. Visit http://SevenStock.org for event information, and information on past events!
Cheers,
